Get to know catherine santo
I believe there is no limit to human capacity. I create a safe and affirming space to cultivate an understanding of the deeper meaning our struggles unveil. With curiosity and compassion leading our work, I help clients recognize the effects of the larger societal and cultural environment that has shaped how we move through the world. I am passionate about the process of unlearning and learning. Most of us have outdated beliefs or habits that were created unconsciously and today they run on autopilot. Change happens when we access these unconscious beliefs through mindfulness and then make conscious decisions in the present from a wise, resourced self. I help people repair the disconnection between mind and body and thrive in a full, embodied existence. I’ll serve as a gentle companion on the path of your own unfolding. I have extensive experience working with young adults, the LGBTQIA+ community, and BIPOC. As a fellow imperfect human being, I am honored to do this work with you.
