I have been a counselor in practices, nonprofits and social service agencies for over 20 years and love what I do. I’m passionate about supporting my clients with relationships, family, identity, life transitions, personal changes, and the challenges we all face along the way. My therapy style is eclectic, relational, trauma informed, strengths based, and sometimes directive or experiential. I’m affirming of all identities, including LGBTQ+ and various types of neurodivergence. My goal is to provide a safe space to learn and grow while exploring together the limiting beliefs and habits that no longer serve you.

About JEn meyer
Jen Meyer, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, has with many years of experience working with clients from all backgrounds, Jen attended graduate school at Naropa University, where Buddhist inspired mindfulness meditation training was part of the core curriculum, alongside clinical training. Jen is a certified holistic mental health counselor, childbirth educator, mindfulness teacher, and parent coach, as well as an advocate for children, seniors, LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent populations.
