Get to know Udisha Bhadury
My interest in the inter-relationship of mind, body and emotion has spanned throughout my academic and professional development. The intricate interplay of biology with our mind, body, and emotional system, has played an integral part of my professional and professional growth. As a child I was always keen on learning and understanding the fine balance between us and to our system. How do we evolve? How does our environment evolve? How are we connected with the bigger system? We are constantly changing, sometimes the change is subtle and at another time it is apparent. I have come to appreciate and embrace this change in all of us. The connection of an individual to his or her system weaves the foundation of my personal and professional outlook. Over the years I delved deep within my core. Observed how it has been shaped and reshaped alongside the ever-changing system I have been in. Over the course of time, I have learned to embrace this ever-changing connection between my mind, body, and soul.
