Get to know Luisa Ellenbogen

As a mother of two turned empty nester, I returned to school to become a therapist. I have long understood the importance of mental health and psychological support. We all face challenging situations which are stressful, shake our internal confidence, and leave us feeling vulnerable. My goal is to work with people to support their process of growth and change.

I am committed to providing an emotionally safe environment based on honesty and trust so you can process your thoughts and feelings and discover your inner strengths. Whether you are seeing a therapist for the first time, transferring to a new therapist, working on a new issue, or working on the same issue, my goal is to listen to and focus on your needs to create a safe environment where you feel supported, heard, and included in the treatment.

I welcome the opportunity to support you on your journey of self discovery, exploration of options and self-directed change.
