My drive comes from a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. I am motivated by helping clients recognize their strengths, build resilience, and develop the tools they need to navigate challenges and achieve their goals. I find it incredibly rewarding to witness personal growth and to support individuals as they gain confidence, strengthen relationships, and create positive change in their lives.
Building genuine connections and trusting relationships is at the heart of how I approach my work. I listen with empathy, meet clients where they are, and strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, accepted, and understood. I believe that feeling comfortable and truly seen is an important first step in creating meaningful change.
My years as a school social worker strengthened my skills in collaboration, problem-solving, crisis intervention, and supporting individuals and families through a wide range of challenges and life experiences. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a genuine belief in each person’s ability to grow and develop new ways of coping.
