Get to know Megan Ray
What I love most about my clinical work is helping people work through a difficult time together. For as long as I can remember I have been passionate about working with individuals reach their goals and find genuine happiness. Feelings of hopelessness and being overwhelmed with transitions and life’s obstacles are too heavy to carry alone. Helping people regain their innermost positive voice and reframing the negative thoughts allows them to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I believe in the importance of creating a safe and warm environment to facilitate change and to foster hope.
